We're looking for an experienced Loft Insulation Installer to join our team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone reliable and skilled who takes pride in quality workmanship. The role offers consistent full-time hours, long-term stability, and the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

🔧 Role Includes:

• Installing various types of loft insulation materials (e.g. mineral wool, rolls, boards, etc.) to meet required standards.

• Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation accurately.

• Preparing loft areas safely and maintaining good ventilation.

• Checking for existing insulation, damp, or damage and reporting any issues.

• Working safely in confined spaces and following all H&S procedures.

• Keeping the work area clean and tidy, ensuring a professional finish.

• Liaising with customers and providing excellent service on-site.

✅ Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card - essential

• NVQ in Loft Insulation or Insulation & Building Treatments - essential

• Own tools and transport - required

• Previous experience in loft or cavity insulation installation

• Good understanding of site safety and building regulations

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
