MEWP Operator Needed

Position: MEWP Operator (Cherry Picker / Scissor Lift)
Location: Darlington
Pay Rate: £18 per hour (CIS / Umbrella / PAYE available)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 1 Week initally

The Role:
We're currently recruiting an experienced MEWP Operator to join one of our leading construction clients on a busy site in Darlington. You'll be responsible for operating a Mobile Elevated Work Platform safely and efficiently, supporting various trades on-site to complete works at height.

Duties include:

• Operating MEWPs (cherry pickers and/or scissor lifts) in accordance with site safety procedures

• Assisting trades as required from the platform

• Conducting daily checks and ensuring equipment is maintained to a safe standard

• Following all site health & safety rules and reporting any issues immediately

Requirements:

• Valid IPAF (3a/3b) certification

• CSCS card (preferred)

• Previous experience operating MEWPs on a construction site

• Full PPE and right to work in the UK
