Daniel Owen work agency are looking for a Air Conditioning Engineer / Building Services Engineer

📍 Location: South East - primarily Greater London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel as far as Norwich and Southampton

🕗 Hours: Monday to Sunday,

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, carrying out a mix of Building Services compliance visits, AC servicing, and reactive maintenance calls across the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and building services systems

• Complete compliance checks and service reports to company standards

• Respond to reactive calls and resolve issues efficiently

• Ensure all work meets F-Gas and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)

• Basic DBS check

• Proven experience in AC servicing and building services maintenance

• Full UK driving licence

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday rotation

• 08:00 - 17:00 (9.00-hour days)

12 weeks temp then permanent
