Multi Skilled Plasterer

Job Description:
Our client, a reputable social housing contractor, is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join their responsive maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and associated trade works across tenanted and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake all aspects of plastering including skimming, patching, rendering, boarding, and repairs.

• Carry out minor multi-trade tasks such as tiling, painting, and basic carpentry where required.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.

• Represent the company professionally while working in occupied homes, maintaining excellent customer service.

• Accurately complete job records and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastering and general property maintenance.

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Plastering) are desirable.

• Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle may be provided).

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
