Contract: Temporary, Full-Time (36.25 hours per week)
Location: Trafford, Manchester
Working Style: Mobile - van provided for business use
Pay: £18.60 - £20phr

About the Role

Daniel Owen are looking for an experienced Plumber (Multi-Trade Technician) to join an in-house Reactive Maintenance Team in Trafford. You'll be responsible for plumbing repairs and replacements across our North West housing stock, with some additional carpentry and tiling work.

A company van will be provided for business use. You'll need a valid driving licence and your own hand tools (power tools supplied).

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and replacements (sinks, water tanks, bathrooms)

• Undertake associated carpentry and tiling work where required

• Deliver a right-first-time service to residents

• Ensure high standards of customer service and health & safety

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm

• Out-of-hours cover on a rota basis (additional pay provided)

What You'll Need

• Trade qualification (NVQ or equivalent, or qualified by experience)

• Proven experience in maintenance or responsive repairs

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Health & safety awareness

• Experience in dual trade skills (e.g. plumbing with carpentry/tiling)
