We're currently recruiting for two experienced Multi-Traders to join our client's team, delivering high-quality maintenance work across both commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a mix of carpentry and painting/decorating tasks.

• Complete general maintenance duties including tiling, flooring, and minor repairs.

• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and complies with health & safety regulations.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with tenants and clients.

• Skilled in carpentry, painting, and general property maintenance.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems on the job.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
