We're looking for a Plastering Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor working across North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a trades-person with a strong plastering background who has experience leading teams on residential refurbishment projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of plastering teams on occupied and void social housing properties
• Ensure high standards of work and adherence to health & safety regulations
• Liaise with tenants, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Order materials and manage job progress to meet deadlines
• Conduct quality checks and snagging as required

Requirements:

• Solid background in plastering - ideally time-served or NVQ-qualified
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience within a social housing or refurbishment environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
