A respected and well-established property maintenance contractor is seeking a qualified and dependable Plumber to join their team, delivering high-quality plumbing repairs and installations within social housing properties across the London Borough of Westminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to improving housing standards for local residents.

Responsibilities:

• Completing a variety of plumbing works in both occupied and void properties, including:

  • Diagnosing and repairing leaks, burst pipes, and drainage issues

  • Installing or repairing toilets, baths, basins, and showers

  • Replacing taps, traps, valves, and pipework

  • Responding to emergency plumbing call-outs as required

• Ensuring all plumbing work complies with current safety regulations and standards

• Using a PDA (handheld device) to manage jobs, update progress, and record materials used

• Delivering excellent customer service, treating tenants and their homes with respect

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)

• Ability to pass a Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating

• Proven experience in domestic plumbing, ideally within social housing or public sector environments

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship
