Role Overview

We are a trusted social housing maintenance contractor seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. You will be working across reactive maintenance jobs in occupied social housing properties, playing a key role in delivering high-quality services for our housing association and local authority clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing maintenance works in social housing properties (occupied domestic units)

• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults such as leaks, burst pipes, blockages, sanitary-ware replacement, general plumbing refurbishments

• Provide excellent customer service when working in tenant's homes-friendly, professional and respectful

• Follow job scopes and use PDA/mobile job logging systems to record materials, times, completion status

• Participate in a call-out rota (evening/weekend as required)

• Company van + fuel card supplied for business use

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working in social housing maintenance/repairs with a housing association or local authority environment

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently, manage own workload, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards

• Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism
