JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plumber required for a large maintenance company that specialises in Facilities Management. Our client is looking for an experienced Plumber to join the team in TManchester on a static basis. The work will involve PPM and Reactive maintenance. This is initially a temp role with the view to going permanent.

This Plumber role working hours are 37.5 hours a week, 8am - 4pm.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Plumbing Maintenance

Repair and maintain plumbing systems

Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults

Fixing leaks

TMV's

Plant room works

Requirements for the role

Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
