Salary: £39,000 per annum

We're working with a well-established local contractor that specialises in social housing maintenance, who are seeking an experienced Plumber to join their team. This is a great long-term opportunity to deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance across domestic properties within the West London area.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
• Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
