We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Trade Plumber to work on the Voids Team, preparing empty properties for new tenants. This role is based entirely in South Birmingham and offers secure, long-term employment.

Role Requirements:

• NVQ or JIB qualified in Plumbing

• Experience in void or property turnaround works preferred

• Capable of completing basic multi-trade tasks where needed

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 points)

• Willing to undertake a DBS check
