Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + package
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
I'm recruiting for a well known fit-out and refurbishment contractor with a strong presence in the South West. They deliver high-quality commercial interiors, and due to growth, they're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team.
The Role:
* Manage project costs from start to finish
* Handle subcontractor procurement and payments
* Monitor budgets and variations
* Work closely with clients and project teams
* Support multiple fast-paced fit-out projects
What You'll Need:
* Experience in commercial fit-out or refurb projects
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
