Job Title- Quantity Surveyor

Location- Leeds

Salary- £45,000-£50,000

Are you a qualified quantity surveyor with social housing, refurbishment experience?

Our client is a leading property services provider across the UK. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to price planned works and maintenance for assisted living properties.

As quantity surveyor, you will;

• Oversee commercial control of planned works and maintenance projects
• Support the procurement of subcontractors and manage accounts
• Risk management and ensure contracts are delivered within budget
• Prepare and manage monthly reports and valuations

As quantity surveyor, it is required that you;

• Are a degree qualified quantity surveyor or equivalent
• Have 5+ years PQE
• Are experienced in delivering social housing/assisted living refurbishment contracts
• Excellent commercial awareness and communication
