What You'll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day responsive repairs and void property works across Camden's housing portfolio.

• Supervising operatives and managing contractors to deliver works on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

• Carrying out detailed pre- and post-inspections, ensuring every job meets council specifications, H&S regulations, and quality benchmarks.

• Managing work allocation, tracking progress, and swiftly resolving delays or quality concerns.

• Building strong relationships with tenants, housing officers, and stakeholders to deliver a responsive, customer-focused service.

• Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-tier performance and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supervising social housing repairs and maintenance.

• Track record of working within a local authority or housing association.

• Excellent knowledge of building maintenance, responsive repairs, and voids.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
