You'll be the go-to person for ensuring repairs are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, making a real difference to the lives of residents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and motivating a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs and void works.

• Overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with council requirements.

• Conducting regular site inspections, approving works, and maintaining exceptional quality control.

• Monitoring budgets, productivity, and performance against KPIs/SLAs.

• Acting as a key liaison between the council, contractors, and residents to keep communication clear and efficient.

What We're Looking For

• Experience supervising social housing repairs is essential.

• Background working with local authority housing contracts.

• Knowledge of responsive repairs, voids, and H&S compliance.

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
