About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in communities? Our client is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team and play a vital role in shaping neighbourhoods across South London.

This is a hybrid role based in Waterloo, supporting the delivery of planned improvement works while ensuring that residents are informed, supported, and engaged every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resident engagement for planned maintenance and improvement works across housing estates

• Organise community events, resident consultations, and feedback surveys to gather input and improve services

• Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing support through decant and rehousing processes

• Promote social value and foster relationships with local authorities, contractors, and other key stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet shared goals and drive neighbourhood improvements

About You

• Previous experience in customer service or resident engagement roles

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships

• A good understanding of social housing operations, particularly around decanting and rehousing

• Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities

• A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
