Site Manager - Full Roof Covering Replacements

Salary: £55,000-£57,000 DOE + Package (Van + Fuel Card)
Location: M3 Corridor
Requirement: Must live within 1 hour of Bracknell
Working Arrangement: No home-working

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Site Manager to oversee full roof covering replacement programmes across the M3 corridor. This is a fast-paced role managing 25-30 live sites simultaneously, requiring exceptional coordination, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee 25-30 live roofing replacement sites

• Drive project progress and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

• Carry out site inspections, audits, and quality checks

• Liaise daily with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Prepare reports, schedules, and project documentation

• Review RAMS and monitor safety compliance
