Job Title: Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities and trades
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor progress against programme schedules and report updates regularly
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
• Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
• Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site safety
• Valid Gold CSCS Card (minimum)
• SSSTS/SMSTS certification
• First Aid Qualified
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
