Site Supervisor needed in Stevenage

Location: Stevenage
Employment Type: Full-Time/Ongoing
Start Date: Monday 1^st December

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
• Ensure all work is completed to required quality and safety standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage scheduling
• Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reports
• Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Gold CSCS Card (minimum) needed
• SSSTS/SMSTS qualification needed
• First Aid Certificate
