Temp 12 week contract
Hybrid working - 1/2days per week in the office
Office location - East London
£18.50 per hour

Details on the role:

• 12 week temporary contract ( going to lead to on going contract)
• Hybrid working ( 1-2 days per week in the office)
• £18.50 per hour PAYE

Required Experience:

• Experience dealing with tenants
• Good with Excel
• Strong Social Housing

Day to Day:

• to provide excellent technical administrative and co-ordination support
• to act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders
• to be versatile, flexible regarding tasks covered, and willing to work as part of a team
• will provide a customer centred, professional and competent approach to all tasks
• with excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail and is IT competent
• delivers a high-quality service
• is passionate about improving building safety
• will assist with locating and providing key building documentation and drawings
• is aware of related legislation and guidance
