Technical Supervisor
Location: South UK Region
Type: Full-time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead a team of engineers delivering maintenance services across a portfolio of sites in the South. Ideal for someone with a strong technical background and proven leadership in facilities or building services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of mobile and static engineers handling planned and reactive maintenance

• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with contractual requirements

• Act as the first point of contact for on-site technical issues and escalations

• Support the Facilities Manager with team performance, reporting, and compliance

• Oversee health and safety, statutory compliance, and quality assurance

• Participate in the on-call rota to provide emergency cover when needed

Candidate Profile:

• Multi-skilled engineer (electrical or mechanical) with a minimum of 5 years' experience

• Strong leadership background with experience managing engineering teams

• Good knowledge of building systems, compliance, and health & safety legislation

• Competent with CAFM systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Able to meet security clearance requirements (BPSS and possibly CTC for some sites)

Additional Information:

• Suitable for candidates with experience in facilities management or building maintenance

• Exposure to secure or government environments would be an advantage

• Commercial awareness and subcontractor management experience beneficial

A hands-on leadership role offering a mix of team supervision, technical problem-solving, and service delivery oversight.
