About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Valuation Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified surveyor who specialises in valuations-particularly bank valuations-and is looking to develop within a high-growth, non-corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and keen to take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

Valuation Services

• Conduct residential and commercial property inspections across London.

• Prepare accurate, detailed, and compliant valuation reports.

• Provide expert valuation advice to clients in line with RICS standards.

• Support valuations for secured lending, taxation, acquisitions, disposals, and other purposes.

Landlord & Tenant Management

• Manage rent reviews and lease renewals.

• Prepare well-structured and insightful client reports.

• Negotiate terms to achieve favourable outcomes on behalf of clients.

Lease Advisory (Desirable)

• Prepare reports for lease extensions and freehold enfranchisement matters.

• Provide professional guidance throughout the advisory process.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• MRICS Qualification (Chartered Surveyor).

• RICS Registered Valuer status.

• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience.

• Strong understanding of the London property market.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Desirable:

• Full UK driving licence.
