About the Role

We're working with a leading housing provider to recruit experienced Void Supervisors to oversee and coordinate void property works across the Clapham and Wembley areas. This is a permanent position offering stability, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with a respected organisation in the property services sector.

As a Void Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all void properties are inspected, repaired, and prepared to the highest standard - ready for new tenants within agreed time frames. You will manage contractors, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections of void properties to assess required works.

• Prepare and issue schedules of work for contractors.

• Manage, monitor, and coordinate contractors to ensure timely completion of works.

• Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Maintain accurate records of works, costs, and completion times.

• Liaise with tenants, housing officers, and other internal teams as required.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the senior management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Void Supervisor or similar role within social housing, property maintenance, or construction.

• Strong knowledge of void processes, repairs, and property compliance standards.

• Experience managing and monitoring contractors.

• Understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• IT literate and confident using property management systems and Microsoft Office..
