Salary: £18-£21.40 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Wet Multi Trade Operative to join a leading housing provider. In this role, you will deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance services across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out a wide range of wet trade works, including plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating in domestic properties.

• Prepare surfaces for plastering, including the application of bonding agents, plastering, skimming, and finishing to a smooth, professional standard.

• Install wall and floor tiles, including measuring, cutting, and grouting, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.

• Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials.

• Ensure all wet trade work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and current building standards.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Plastering, painting or tiling qualification (Preferred)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
• Previous experience within social housing
