Less than a year on from our last survey, we have achieved a 3-star Best Companies rating – the highest accolade possible!

Although we already invest heavily into our teams, their culture, working processes and office environments, we still felt we could raise our game further. So, we spent the last 12 months deep diving into all our feedback and identifying other areas to improve.

To be recognised as a World Class Best Company to work for is phenomenal and we are so pleased of all our teams who have worked hard to make this happen. Every regional office has its own flair, culture and approach to market challenges and being able to cater for each whilst under one vision is a true measure of the business.

With our next charity campaign underway and 3 more overseas trips already in the diary, we’re definitely not slowing down! With further investment in the business already planned, the next year will build upon some record breaking periods for the business.
